The results of an experimental study of the dynamics of stratospheric filling with background aerosol over Western Siberia for the period 2017-2025, characterized by the absence of large volcanic eruptions, are presented. The observations were performed at the lidar complex of the IOA SB RAS (Tomsk) at a wavelength of 532 nm. A comprehensive statistical analysis technique with iterative removal of anomalies by the Z-score criterion is applied. It is shown that in the long term, the overall level of background stratospheric aerosol is statistically stable, but a clear seasonal asymmetry has been revealed: in summer there is a significant upward trend in aerosol load, and in spring there is a steady downward trend.
