Increasing the sensitivity of spectrochemical analysis methods for substances remains a relevant task. This article presents the results of a study on improving the sensitivity of the fs-LIBS method through a combined approach of selective and non-selective enhancement of plasma emission intensity using a KTP crystal. The change in the intensity of the atomic oxygen (O) line at a wavelength of 394.7 nm, generated in the plasma of the filamentation region of femtosecond laser radiation on sand particles (SiO₂), was investigated via the phenomenon of stimulated emission at the second harmonic wavelength under phase mismatch conditions in a KTP crystal. The results showed that the combined use of pump radiation polarization control and the stimulated emission phenomenon via a KTP crystal within a pump-probe scheme simultaneously fragments complex molecules and increases the fluorescence intensity by up to 8 times compared to the single-pulse mode.
