The paper presents the results of calculations using the WRF model, performed to reproduce intense precipitation in the cold season. The calculations was made using 3 different parameterizations of microphysical processes. The results of numerical modeling were compared with measurement data obtained both at meteorological stations of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation and at the sites of the JUC “Atmosphere”.
