Abstract (English):
The influence of air humidity on the astroclimatic characteristics of the surface layer of the turbulent atmosphere is considered. The results of long-term measurements of the characteristics of the turbulent atmosphere in 2020-2022 at the experimental sites of the IAO SB RAS are presented. It is shown that the seasonal average values of absolute humidity changed slightly during the three years of measurements, and absolute humidity reaches its highest values at high summer temperatures. It has been experimentally shown that the intensity of atmospheric turbulence significantly depends on air humidity, and there is a significant decrease in the values of the structural characteristic of the refractive index Cn2 by a factor of three at high absolute humidity values.
