Experiments are conducted to study the statistical characteristics of superposition field of vortex optical beams in a turbulent atmosphere. The average value and spatial correlation coefficient of intensity fluctuations of the superposition of vortex radiation are calculated depending on the intensity of optical turbulence on the propagation path for various initial spatial distributions of the field. It is shown that the higher the value of the topological charge in the superposition of the vortex beam, the lower the fluctuations in its intensity.
