For the first time, synchronous measurements of deep-water temperature profiles and biooptical parameters, such as the beam attenuation coefficient at a wavelength of 660 nm, fluorescence of chlorophyll-a and organic matter, were performed during the cold period of year opposite the Yailu settlement in Lake Teletskoye at the same point with an interval of several days. Estimates of the biooptical parameters variability above and below the euphotic layer were obtained. Inter-day variability of these parameters up to 200 m was detected.
