The report presents the materials of comprehensive biooptical studies of Lake Teletskoye conducted in 2023-2024. The aim of the study was to identify horizontal and vertical features of bio-optical parameters: the light attenuation coefficient at a wavelength of 660 nm and the fluorescence signals of chlorophyll a and organic matter, as well as the water column radiance coefficient. Based on the conducted comprehensive studies, regional algorithms were developed for calculating the thickness of the lake's euphotic layer, calculating the spectrum of the downward light attenuation coefficient and restoring the chlorophyll a concentration measured from the spectra of the water column radiance coefficient in the summer.
