The rapid increase in global near-surface temperature in recent decades has intensified research into various mechanisms of influence on the Earth's climate system. The paper proposes a parameterization of the mechanism of solar activity influence on the troposphere that has been developed at the ISTP SB RAS. A modification of the spectral radiation block used in general atmospheric circulation models has been carried out, allowing the influence of solar activity on the transmission of longwave radiation in the atmosphere to be taken into account. The variants for calculating changes in the radiation fluxes with different "proxy" effects are presented.
