THE ROLE OF COSMIC DUST IN THE EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVE INFLUENCE ON ELECTROJET

Abstract (English):
The Getmantsev effect is used to solve a number of applied problems. It consists in the generation of electromagnetic radiation of very low frequencies when powerful electromagnetic radiation affects the ionospheric structure - the electrojet. Practical implementation of the effect has shown low efficiency of the conversion of the energy of the heating wave. Along with the reasons shown earlier (low plasma conductivity, limited dimensions of the radiation region), an accompanying feature of this effect is possible, associated with the inversion of plasma conductivity caused by the presence of cosmic dust at the altitudes of the electrojet flow.
