Features of taking into account the parameterization of non-Kolmogorov models of the turbulence spectrum of optical media when calculating the parameters of optical systems used in these media. Obtain analytical expressions for calculating fluctuations of the parameters of optical waves during their propagation in a turbulent medium with a non-Kolmogorov turbulence spectrum. It was shown that for the same shape of turbulence spectra, different non-Kolmogorov models will depend differently on the internal and external scales of turbulence. Under the assumption that the integral energy of turbulence does not depend on the type of turbulence spectrum, relations are obtained for the mutual recalculation of the structural parameters of the refractive index of the medium for different types of turbulence. Restrictions on the use of finite values of the inner and outer turbulence scales are obtained.
